Mahesh Chand Sharma is a veteran in Security Industry and has been serving to the community for over four decades. Started his career as Senior Accounts Officer in a reputed private security company and later with his entrepreneurial zeal he founded Guardex Security Services in 1987 and GDX Detectives Pvt. Ltd. in 1994.
A visionary and a mulitfaceted personality. Mahesh with his dedication, leadership and commitment formed GDX Group and transformed Guardex Security Services into a company and in 2006 he incorporated it as GDX Facility & Management Services Pvt. Ltd. Today, GDX Group with turnover over INR 700 crores is considered as one of the leading groups in Integrated Facility Management Services with pan India presence having over 35000 employees and 500 satisfied clients.

He has travelled to the USA, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand to participate in AGM of World Association of Detectives, WAD. He is an active member of various associations and Secretary General of Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI). His participation in community events is notable and he has been a part of inaugural ceremony of “Secure Girl Child” by President of India in 2009.
A philanthropist and known for his involvement with various noble initiatives, Mahesh founded an NGO called AAP International in 1999 with a view to helping senior citizens, medical assistance for all and higher education for economically weaker section. As a socially responsible person he contributes a part of his monthly earnings to the benefit of the society through AAP International. He started Free Ambulance Services in 2019 in Delhi-NCR and through his support AAP International has tied up for free legal aid for senior citizens with Aquilas Legal Solutio LLP.
